Labour is essentially a #Tory party, and for those who disagree I'd point to #Starmers serious integrity problem, his addiction to trickle down economics, his law and order punishment of the poor, his totalitarian instincts, his abandonement of the left and #Labour's historic alliances, and his abandonment of meaningful green policy - and basically the obvious reality that he would make a much better leader of the #Tory party than #RishiSunak

Well, I think there is clear evidence of what the right wing press will do to 'firm' policy prescriptions... but perhaps more importantly, as I have noted before, mostly #democracy is about #voters voting against not for, so #Starmers' portion (at least for now) makes a sort of sense; provided as smaller a target for the antagonist press/media as possible...

#Labour are nlw a minor party sitting beside the Tories & will be heavily punished in the next election, IMO across large urban areas, the south east, Scotland & where ever any viable alternative exists (incl. Tory).
#Starmers strategy of moving far to the right won't work, does the people of the UK huge long term damage & is insulting to the #Labour movement.
