Okay, so now I'm thinking about Robert #Heinlein's ideas on how #voting / #politics / #democracy should be run, and I really want to see someone try to write a story about the deaf and blind person with no legs and one arms applying for service to get #citizenship. Like, give me the off the wall story about the scientists getting this guy to count the hairs on caterpillars for 4 years, give me the story of them being held up as a pinnacle example of a #citizen in the world of #StarshipTroopers.

Hoppla, heut morgen und jetzt zum Feierabend »#StarshipTroopers« zum x-ten mal geguckt. Es IST ein perfekter Film, einer der besten Kriegs-, bzw. SF-, bzw. Äktschn-, bzw. Monsterfilme die je gedreht worden sind.

Könnte mich rundum wohl fühlen mit dem Teil, wäre da nicht die Sache mit den Fehlinterpretationen die z.B. zu merklichem Anstieg an Freiwilligenmeldungen für Militärdienst führten (so die Legende damals paar Wochen nach Filmstart).

J'ai adoré le film #starshiptroopers de #verhoeven et ça fait un moment que je cherchais le bouquin. Ben j'ai du mal à faire la part des choses entre l'ironie et le véritable discours d'extrême-droite.
Et je pense plutôt pour le second. Ce qui donne une idée du talent du Hollandais Violent.
Au passage, illustration de #Siudmak dans un style que je ne connaissais pas.

I finished #CultOfTheLamb last night. I loved playing this game. It took me 50+ hours to finish it but I like to play games slowly as I play to relax and have fun.

The game has the cuteness and the cruelness magic mix. Similarly to #AmongUs and the movie #starshiptroopers .

I might some day play this again. Then on stream and give my viewers the opportunity to be part of my cult.
