🔥💪 Back in the gym for the fourth day of Starting Strength since my comeback last week! It feels great to be lifting heavy again and making progress every day.
Started off light, but I've been quickly adding weight on the squats and deadlifts, while slowly pushing up the bench and overhead press. 🏋️♂️
Getting back into it feels so good.

Changed up my liftng schedule this week 🏋️ Started a two-day-a-week intermediate bench press program (bench, db fly, triceps extension & db rows) combined with a #startingStrength like squat/overhead press/deadlift day to keep those lifts from regressing.
Want to get my bench up to 2 plates and then work on getting back into the 1000# club. Bench is primarily issue holding me back right now
