#Deplorable: Calling it a “theory” is very generous. It’s a #crackpot idea. It was never actually a theory. But it’s in the past tense. It’s been rejected very roundly. But, of course, we want to make sure that these #FederalistSociety #rightwing federal #judges don’t overstep their bounds in policing what #statecourts do when they’re dealing with #federalelections.
