@tml Yes, it was definitely unexpected, a car breaking down and the train being awfully late. But I have to say that (other than not announcing the Malmö thing properly) SJ staff was great, keeping calm and friendly all the way. Even the passengers seemed not too disturbed. I'll keep your great tip in mind, however, this was not my last STO-CPH-trip!

Note to self, among others: even if a train from Stockholm is listed as going to Copenhagen, and Copenhagen is marked as its terminal inside and outside of cars, and no announcements are made informing otherwise, that train might still terminate in Malmö, and you are told this about a nanosecond before stopping. Not the first time this happens. Anyhow, I did make it to the Hamburg train, even with the last minute suspense. Huraa!

@jamesc Usually I don't take pictures of my meals, but this time I had a premonition it might come in handy, so here you go! A roll, muesli, yoghurt, apple juice, fresh and regular cheese, some vegetables, an egg and coffee as much as I can drink. And a piece of Finnish Marianne chocolate, which I appreciate. I presume a vegan version is available, it's Sweden after all.

Some Swedish countryside on my way to Copenhagen. A beautiful fog has covered the whole southern Sweden, it seems. On a less serene note, there's "something wrong with tilting" in the train, so I keep wavering here, while announcements remind us to be careful with coffee cups. I'll drink my coffee(s) fast, to prevent it from spilling.

Happened in Norrköping: my first #trainEvacuation. Nothing dangerous, just a broken car. Some ladder climbing and rail walking involved. I still might make it my Hamburg connection from COP, but sans lunch. Luckily, the breakfast served in SJ morning trains' 1st class was quite a proper one.
