ROTC (military training) hazing is not good for the mental health of students. Seeing military uniforms and guns (even if they are fake) is traumatic. ROTC does not cure mental illness. It might cause it or make it worse. This law is so misguided. Did they even consult a mental health expert? Something tells me there is another reason for pushing this.
