haven’t taken an #aspirin since I was 15. Used to joke I’d take #mdma before I took a #statin #hbp or any other #pill

If you're taking fish oil, cinnamon, garlic, turmeric, plant sterols or red yeast rice to try and reduce your bad cholesterol (LDL-C), don't bother.

New gold-standard study shows they just don't have any impact on LDL. Low dose statin does, tho.
