I hadn’t been on the stationary bike all week so I made up for it by doing 4 short #peloton workouts back to back - a 5 minute warm-up ride, a 20 minute tabata ride, a 5 minute cool-down ride, and a 5 min post-ride stretch. This was my first ever tabata, it was tough! My heart rate was up to 160bpm, never seen that before. I now feel exhausted but glorious. Exhorious? Glorsted? #fitness #FitnessJourney #StationaryBike
