Ein regelmäßiger #Statusbericht ist wichtig im Projekt. Der #Statusreport ist die grundlegende Information für die Mitglieder des Lenkungsausschusses. Es ist ratsam sich eine Liste der typischen Inhalte eines Berichtes anzulegen, welche egal in welcher Präsentationsform zu verwenden sind. Auch die Ampelfarben müssen wohl definiert sein um den Wassermelonen-Effekt zu verbannen.
