Masks & Hand washing = the biggest effect in our hospital.
We saw no cases of ward restrictions/closures due to Norovirus, etc. infx, during peak of awareness. As soon as care dropped, visitors were fully back & *attitude to vulnerable: ‘just get on with it, & you should take care of YOURSELF, not expect me to, prevailed…back it came.
