Went to a gig last night & got chatting to a guy aged 80. He lost his same-sex partner couple of years ago, after 46 yrs together. He runs a local film club, is involved in a rock'n roll group, has a lodger, goes to music & spoken word events & chats openly to idiot strangers like me.
It brought home the importance of #community, #StayingCurious & #connecting with others as we age.
