I used to listen to this playlist almost daily during my FMLA and DBT IOT last summer. I haven't listened to it in quite a few months. For some reason I loaded it up this morning, and wow, it's like a punch to the gut that I needed.
I put it on for background music, but hearing her spoken word... I found myself having to stop everything I was doing to really focus on her message. To hear her words. To stop. And take a moment. To breathe.
I found this album on the Calm app and then I discovered the spoken word version of it, which is truly just incredible to listen to with real focus. I needed this today.
So I am sharing it again for everyone, should you ever need it.
