I watch Kelly Ripa because I won't watch Andrea Mitchell. Kelly & Ryan are promoting the use of supplements to improve health/resist illness. If you are listening to them or to others who promote supplements, please coordinate their use w/your doctor. Supplements don't need FDA approval to reach the marketplace. There are limited standards of testing & clinical trials for their use w/any Rx medication. In most cases, supplements are expensive & a total waste of money.
