#StCeciliasDay Here is the wonderful St Cecilia window from Holy Trinity church, Sissinghurst in Kent. By Leonard Walker (1877-1964). I don’t have the date of the window itself, though.

Tuesday’s #ImageOfTheDay. Today is #StCeciliasDay. She is patroness of music & musicians because at her enforced marriage to a pagan nobleman she “sang to God in her heart”. This is the organ of #Beverley Minster in Yorkshire’s East Riding. It houses part of a Snetzler organ of 1769 though much enlarged since.
