I like Steak-Umm but there's an awful lot of fat left in the pan to discard somehow. I press out as much as I can with a spatula, which leaves less to consume but more to discard. Makes me wonder how much I'm actually consuming.

@profcarroll For my tastes, I'm glad my Mastodon instance has a "no advertising" policy. I won't have to see the "Local" feed spammed with trash.

However, if Steak-umm wants to spin up their own Mastodon instance, or work with a marketing company to host one, I'd follow their account.
