Of course the of is famed for its metalwork, so it's no surprise to see stained glass here. Sheffield's furnaces made everything from cutlery to steel beams!

This little red powder, good for fish, meat and eggs, was purchased at a Pittsburgh street fair in 2019. The pandemic in the Philippines kept me from returning until 2022 and I searched for the supplier when I visited Pittsburgh again, not locating him to my great disappointment. My sister, however, was able to track the supplier down and discovered he had remembered me. She came through getting two large packets. My meats will have flavor once again!
