That means I am right-handed and my dominant eye is the left one. I found this out by playing darts, because at the beginning I held the dart in front of my right eye to aim. When I started a practice session where you have to close one eye at a time while throwing, I noticed that when I closed my left eye I couldn't see anything of the board. How could this be? The answer is simple as I know today, because I actually focus the target with my left eye. At first I thought the world was going to end, but in fact it is a huge advantage because I can control the position of the dart with my right eye at the same time. There is a simple method to determine which is the dominant eye: You put your hands on top of each other so that the palms cross at the top and the thumbs at the bottom. Push the hands together so that only a small hole remains between the palms. Hold your hands outstretched horizontally in front of your eyesboth eyes open, and aim at a small object. Now pull the hands to your face so that the targeted object is always visible. At some point the hands will be directly in front of your forehead covering one eye and you will see the object only through one eye. Nachdem mein Dartboard aus dem Keller ins Wohnzimmer umziehen durfte, habe ich mir heute dafür eine neue Beleuchtung gebastelt :-) Inspiration dafür war dartgoetter.de/darts-tipps-new Ich habe nach der Anleitung im Keller schon eine Beleuchtung gebaut. Damals auch mit einem 70 cm Hula-Hoop Ring. Den fand ich aber zu groß, weshalb ich diesmal einen 60er verwendet habe. Ich finde, das kann sich sehen lassen. Materialkosten inkl. Versand so knapp 30 €. Geht bestimmt auch noch billiger...
