Question for #programmers #techies and so on: how often do you go over your #workflow with a view to improving it?

The reason I ask is because I had some spare time to add a few aliases in my #nushell config today and remembered that there's a few #vim things that I haven't fixed up for years and have just kind of worked around.

I'm ok with my workflow being roughly stable. I'm just wondering when I'm going to find the time for (eg) the hurdle which is integrating #steno into my vimrc, which is the only way I'm going to make the jump into using steno full-time.
