I’ve had right leg pain for over 2 months now, worse when standing or walking. Thought it was sciatica but just been diagnosed with probable spinal stenosis. People who follow my blog or know me IRL will know how much I love walking, so not a very happy prognosis. Is there anyone living with stenosis who wants to share thoughts, experiences, ideas? #stenosis #stillwalking

That awkward moment when you're trying to gradually return to work because your #chronicpain is slowly improving & your doctor says "There is no way I am sending you back to work now. Take four more weeks of medical leave and then we'll reassess."

Then that awkward internalized moment of simultaneous relief & guilt that the #capitalist ethic imposes even while your hand use is so limited.
