This is not good. We should be keeping up the pressure on the #Unionist parties, not rolling over and kicking the decision into the long grass. I thought at the time, when Blackford was defenestrated, that something else was going on.

I watched PMQs today, and, as usual, Stephen Flynn destroyed PM Sunak.

After Sunak didn't answer a question regarding Nadhim Zahawi's use of a Gibraltar-based company to hold his shares in YouGov and subsequent HMRC fine, Flynn fired back by asking the PM:

"Is it little wonder the people in Scotland may well just consider the Tory party to be a parcel of rogues?"

I saw this screenshotted and had to check to see for myself, but the article is real.

This is extremely concerning for me; the #AlbaParty have repeatedly said and done things that make me as a #queer #disabled person scared due to #ableism and #transphobia.

If #StephenFlynn thinks the #SNP should work with them that concerns me, as a member of the SNP.

Flynn is creating disunity for the sake of his own political ambitions, at a time when support for #Independence is at its highest. This is beyond stupid. The SNP leadership and their Westminster MPs have to work hand in glove, not give ammunition to #Unionists.

So help me out here, #snp people. Who is this chap #stephenflynn who has risen meteorically out of nowhere to be group leader at Westminster? He does seem rather young and inexperienced to be leader over more experienced colleagues, including #Alisonthewlis whom I'd have been delighted to see in the role. Why does Mr Flynn seem to be intent on undermining his party leader? Isn't he the kind of uni-to-researcher-to-MP machine politician that the SNP has been refreshingly free of?

@gxd54 I don't trust #StephenFlynn. He comes across as a smooth career politician who'd stab anyone in the back to get where he wants (starting with #IanBlackford). I'd prefer #MhairiBlack. She's passionate, committed, honest and goes straight to the point. Definitely not part of the Westminster club and that's a good thing.
