The ON Catholic schools and the QC English schools have these characteristics in common:

1) They are financed at the same rate as other publicly-funded schools
2) They consistently out-perform other publicly-funded schools
3) No parent is obliged send their kids to either the ON Catholic or to QC ENglish schools.
