6) 70s #MarvelComics of writer #SteveGerber or what I lovingly refer to as the #Gerberverse . #HowardtheDuck , #ManThing , #TheDefenders , #OmegaTheUnknown , etc. Even characters he didn’t create were skewed somewhat while he wrote them to take place at the crossroads of the #NexusOfAllRealities
7) #Sandman by #NeilGaiman and various artists. The story of #TheEndless is a touchstone of 90s comics.

Here's a weird one (yeah, what's new?) Steve Gerber did an incidental crazy "mandatory" fight scene in his Howard the Duck run, involving an ostrich, a Las Vegas chorus girl and... A living lamp? Neil Gaiman said he wanted to read that history, and Gerber... Did it. It's called Nevada, starring, yes, a Las Vegas chorus girl, her pet ostrich, and a lava-lamp-head villain. It's a really great book, and pretty much forgotten. Not everybody has, though. #stevegerber #dccomics #nevada
