Debatable..... in general it is the player with the ball has "right of way" - if players clash in the air for example, it is the non-ball carrier who is at fault

I cannot judge whether actually had time to do something other than protect himself by turning - but I still think all such collisions have to be heavily penalised to reduce the number; I beleive it made no odds to the result - this are a much stronger team than this

But good luck finding a way of wording it which would prevent that from being a penalty at all (it was Keenan's fault for running into a largely stationary player head first) while still penalising the sort of dangerous play we don't want to see.
