Claudiu: Celeste, Luke is adding bigger numbers in his head now.
Me: That's great!
Luke: I added 28 and 28 and got 56. I got the idea from Nathan playing Stick and Split, because he had two 28s.
Me: And how did you figure it out?
Luke: I knew the tens was 40 so I had 40. So I had 48, and then I took a 2 from the other 8 and got 50. And then I had 6 more to make 56.
