Posting this so I could brag about how I make mean sticky toffee pudding, and how I made it for the big family dinner on Christmas Day that we sadly had to miss because all the roads leading out of town were closed due to a blizzard so now we have to try to finish the whole thing ourselves, and by we I mean mostly me.
