I was discussing whether or not you could make a cheese ice cream with my friend and if so which cheese. I think #Stilton, sweet and creamy. She thinks #Wensleydale, bland. #Ricotta, we agree, would be cheating.
I said the first paragraph out loud. Now I think that I only dreamt it. As anyone else eaten breadcrumb #IceCream?

Just finished preparing the 3 #Cheese (#Cheddar, #DoubleGloucester and #Stilton) #CauliflowerCheese which he have to accompany the 🦃 on #Christmas Day. Yum! Hopefully I can find a spot in the freezer for it until then.

Those are good with anything... crackers, in a sammie, on some toast... But the Camembert is always reserved for around the new year... Baked, with a caramelised onion chutney, and some baked, sliced ciabatta, soaked in rapeseed oil, sprinkled with sea salt and cracked black pepper.
