A former warehouse on Trongate in Glasgow. Erected around 1850, this is an elegant early Victorian building. I particularly like the shape of the windows, with their curved upper corners and the simple, but effective scrolling surrounding them. It's thought to have been designed by James Wylson, who also designed the nearby Saint Luke's Church.

When it opened its doors in 1904 St Luke's was declared to be "a church built by miners for the miners". ⛏️
