I woke up and my stomach felt awful. Like people inside my stomach had a wild party. Having only seconds to spare I ran with cheeks clenched to the bathroom. I sat in the bathroom and texted my boss saying be late in. I was only 50yds from home and had a feeling in the pit of my stomach. The panic set in immediately, an urge was calling. I dashed back, I struggled with the keys to my front door got in, slamming the door and was half way to the bathroom when suddenly it was too late. #StomachFlu

Every once in a while it's important to ask yourself:

Are you the person your dog thinks you are?

If the answer is no, go make someone smile. :)
