In a letter to #House #Judiciary Chairman #Jim #Jordan responding to a flurry of document requests, the #DOJ said that “any oversight requests must be weighed against the department’s interests in #protecting the #integrity of its #work.”

The part of the #massShooting story out of #ColoradoSprings that keeps playing over and over in my head is the image of this POS right-wing fascist #shooter getting #stomped out of consciousness by a drag queen in high heels.
The entire thing is a tragedy, and there’s nothing poetic about what happened, but knowing the shooter was taken down and beaten to a pulp by the very people he conspired to harm feels like the only shred of justice in this entire nightmare of hate and oppression.
