Accidentally found out you can configure the Mekanism charge cubes such that their sides are clear so that they show the charge element rotating inside. So I built this wall that gives me a clear visual indication of how well topped up my power system is.

It's using remote Ender Gates from Powah mod to push power in and suck power out.

Just need to decorate it a bit now or put it somewhere more appropriate.

Have completed #Stoneblock3 in #minecraft. Modded minecraft is so insane. Going from a building/adventure game to something where you're whipping up fissile fuel in your basement to power your fission reactors to make polonium, while also sacrificing mobs above a blood altar to make ethereal slates, while also spawning wither skeletons to drop mob souls is ... amusing. Had fun with this one, but glad I'm done. :)

Only another 11 billion EMC to go and I'll have enough Magnum Star Omegas to make the first level of a Colossal Star Ein.

Then only another insane amount of EMC to upgrade that to a Colossal Star Omega (total EMC needed 422,212,465,065,984).

I have absolutely no idea what use this is in game but since heading down this path I now want one.

Having a not blown up reactor now means I have enough polonium for a MekaSuit. Which in turn is making exploring the End dungeon I found a *LOT* easier.

After blowing up my Mekanism fission reactor 4 times I finally sussed out all the things needed to get it to not blow up.

Here's the remainder of attempt 3 after I'd donned my hazmat suit and fixed up the hole in the floor.

Trying out some StoneBlock 3 modded #Minecraft. It's quite the learning curve for a vanilla player that's not really looked at modded since the early days of Tekkit. But I've got all my chickens in a row, which is more than I can say for my IRL existence.

Playing with automation in #minecraft #stoneblock3 #redstone. Very pleased with this one. 8 different mods on top of vanilla redstone(RS).
XNet Controller (powered via Powah Ender Gate) tests RS from Functional Storage drawer, when full it sends out a different RS signal.
This goes into RFTools Timer to stop it sending a pulse every second.
Pulse into dispenser uses Farmers Delight knife on cutting board which has item to chop via Pipez.
Chopped items picked up by Advanced Item collector.

Ok last #linux update for the night. I had to make this entertaining and not just a boring deploy.

-I got Ubuntu desktop to dual boot
-Fixed Nvidia driver issue
-Fixed Logitech gaming mouse issue
-Updated everything (safety first)
-Got Java 17 jdk to install and work!
-Got #FeedTheBeast launcher to run on Linux
-Avoided most distractions from the cat by not granting her sudo access
-And lastly got the brand new #Stoneblock3 mod pack to work!!! (Unlike on Windows 😂)
