@BarbNerdy I love, and live by, Norm’s . IOW, let’s have & for each other, build on our team, and people for what is most likely a problem that will respond better to a systemic perspective. When I’m in person with members, I have quite a lot to say about this. 😉

Organizations are infested with conspiracy theories:
-They (up there( don't want that.
-Our managers don't really care about anything.
-Our people are resisting change.
-Employees are afraid of change.
-They don't want to let go
-They just cling to authority and power.
-I get it. My colleagues don't.
-The banks/owners/authorities don't want that.
-I would. But regulations!

All nonsense.
All shameless that makes progress near-impossible. !
