Ed è quello che molti, me compresa, temono che potrebbe succedere anche su mastodon, con l'introduzione degli hashtag di tendenza. Sono in molti a non volere quelle dinamiche qui. Viene presentato (non eccessivamente in malafede) come modo per SEMPLIFICARE determinati processi, senza stimolare necessariamente il rapporto gioco-premio.
La competizione, se sana, porta solo benefici ad una societa', visto che e' un imperativo biologico quello di competere, ed andare contro natura non e' sempre una buona scelta (leggasi: per quanto pacifista uno si possa sentire, l'istinto del lotta-o-fuggi rimane comunque).
Sono d'accordo col tuo post, intendiamoci, ma piu' che altro parlerei di #StopExploitation, visto che quello di cui parli te e' piu' una gamification + reward process exploitation, piu' vicino al gioco d'azzardo che alla gamification di per se.
