I am terrible becuase I hate spoilers. So I publish my podcast episodes with vague descriptions.
This one is about a dragon slayer. It has influenced culture, both "high" and "low".

In Iceland there is a house named after a (not yet) Lord Dillon who spent a year here in the 1830s. There is a simple and rather sad romantic story connected to the house. It seemed an easy episode idea for my podcast #StoriesOfIceland.
Was this gentleman Catholic or Protestant? I ended up digging through #IrishHistory, specifically the #Jacobites and the #WilliamiteWar. I had to cut most of it from the episode but I will likely return to the subject in the future.

Yet another Yuletide episode of my podcast. In #Iceland the festivities begin tonight. Gifts are already under the tree. The food is being cooked. So...
Gleðileg jól!

Since everyone is talking about self promotion I should mention my second Yuletide episode of #StoriesOfIceland. It is a #FolkTale and involves #elves (who are less Tolkien, more Pratchett).
