A meteorologist from the National Weather Service office in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, warned against going outside during an “historic” winter storm that is gripping much of the US. “Don’t be like us, stay inside! It's looking like the barometric pressure drop from #stormElliott is bottoming out. That's a huge 1.18" drop in 24 hours triggering the #AltiBarometer storm alarm several times. Oh, and the power went out at 5:00am after a HUGE wind gust. #WinterStorm
