I took part in my first ever race today. The January Jaunt 10k organised by Plympton Round Table. Very pleased to have done 59:22 in my first ever 10k!

Had a little run this morning with Storm Plymouth running club. A touch on the cold side when I started but I was much warmer by the time we ended.

Had a lovely run on a circular route from Central Park to Plymouth Hoe and back this morning courtesy of Storm Plymouth. Took a tumble part way around and have gravel rash on my left elbow!
