On the second day of Christmas was something called FEW Bourbon.
Reading up on it, FEW Spirits is a cool little distillery in Evanston, IL. The Bourbon is a blend of 70% corn, 20% rye and 10% malt and aged in charred oak barrels.
On the nose is cloves and cinnamon with notes of caramel and vanilla.
The first sip is a little spicy cloves with sweet caramel.
