Just returned from Leeds’ Record Fair with this, a first UK pressing of #StrangewaysHereWeCome by #TheSmiths.
I get the impression that this is maybe less appreciated, but this, for me, is a close second to Meat is Murder. Death of a Disco Dancer, Paint a Vulgar Picture, &, of course, Girlfriend just highlight the great songwriting partnership at the heart of this band. & Marr is one of the great pop guitarists.
