Four days ago, after 3 years without any medication (bipolar disorder) I made the careful decision to take a very low dose SSRI due to the combined stresses of work and domestic matters. I have a lot of people depending on me to be at my very best in both spheres. I have a multi-positional professional career & due to recent socio-political events, a large family needing proactive support.

The best decision to take the edge off of stress and be the best I can??
