So you’ll get the theme by now, I enjoy the Lakeland Fells, I have spaniels that need exercise, and they are happy for me to go along to keep them company. Here on a Friday evening after work run this spring. Of course a run up #StridingEdge, over #Helvellyn and down #SwirralEdge isn’t without its risks, however I’ve been in the mountains as a rock-climber, mountaineer, mountian-biker, skier and runner for over 35 years so comfortable.
