The bill will give employers the right to tell unions they want a set number of workers to work (the employer decides how many) ,if those people dont work they can be sacked and the employer can sue the union ,.,
the bill removes the statutory rights of its members against unfair dismissal for those taking part in the industrial action, meaning that an employer could dismiss all striking workers who fail to comply with a work notice.
