My thoughts are with the ambulance workers striking today, and with the ongoing strikes in the train, post, and nursing sectors. These are essential services, and workers within these sectors should be paid more than a fair wage.

It says a lot when you consider that our MPs are paid approx 84k a year, yet the average nurse walks away with 33k.
