For instance, in absolute terms, the #indianeconomy has grown by 10.1% between 2019-'20 and 2022-'23, which averages an #economicgrowth of around 3-3.5% in "real" numbers.

I'm saying compare the #decision as to whether to search this landfill to the history of similar choices made by the same #authorities, rather than to other decisions made by *different* authorities (cities, provinces).

The #hazards are significant. #Refuse has really poor #structural qualities. People are #killed every year when the hole they're digging in a landfill while looking for #valuables collapses.

There have been several articles about converting unused/old office space into #housing to deal with America's #housingshortage and #affordablehousing problem. This article does a great job of visualizing these conversions and why some #buildings mostly older buildings, are better for conversion than others due to #structural, #market, and #zoning issues.
