The fact that there's two full moons in a month doesn't make one of them blue — it's just a calendar thing, and it's not rare either.
And also, it's just the moon! The "super" in size can't even be perceived by us humans.
Here's a photo of a lunar eclipse aka "bloodmoon (JFC), and then one with a moonlight halo in the clouds. Not rare either.
