Well it appears that I might have #subluxed my left hip! I've only had it happen to knees & shoulders before but man this pain is so much worse I've ordered a #brace I hate having #EDS

Today's annoyance is my left pointer finger is #subluxed at the palm knuckle and I can't figure out how to reduce it. My fave.

I'm trying to not put too much pressure etc on it at least so there's that. #hypermobility #hypermobile

Currently rating #hypermobility at -200/10, would like to be a jellyfish.

My lumbar spine was apparently #subluxed because it abruptly and painfully went shift-slide-clunk while I was washing dishes, whereupon @kabrams got an unneeded small panic attack from me going "oh fuck ow ow ow ow owww" and seeing me leaning on the sink edge and crying when they hurried into the room.

But! I'm okay!
