These are 6% of the people who over several recent years were completely unable to fix that platform's #ShittyShuffle which kept repeating the same small #subset of a #Playlist while never playing some of the other 1000 or so songs in the list. Not even if you're a #PayingCustomer. Sorry if this sounds harsh but with that #shuffle spotify deserves to die.
