New child (the one in the middle), I think it's a Sansevieria ehrenbergii (Samurai dwarf?), a.k.a. sword sansevieria.
Btw the other two plants in the photo:
the one on the left is a baby Aloe vera and the one on the right is Aloe juvenna.
