Just like different #sugars (cane, palm) I do like to have a few different #cane #syrup s around. Picked up this Winter's sugar cane syrup in Georgia (GA) south of Atlanta somewhere near Macon iirc on road trip back to Pittsburgh in September. Giving it a whirl! Quite dark molasses-y but pleasant, not as long complex as the sweeter more agave nectar buckwheat honeyness of Lyle's

Intakes of energy, #SaturatedFats, #sodium & added/free #sugars are too⬆️ in Europe, so📉them would help to combat chronic diseases linked to unhealthy diets. #DietaryFibre & #potassium intakes are too⬇️in most EU adult pops so 📈 would contribute to better health
