@gooser3000 @StillIRise1963 Beware the , and the wider of gross mass negligence that seems to have taken hold of our population & governments.

A little-talked about aspect of global warming is that a /lot/ of viruses, spores & bacteria that haven't been seen for millennia are now being released into the air every year. Not all viable... but some are.

The pandemic hasn't ended, it has started for the next few centuries.

Precautions need to be pervasive in everything.

@tarper24 Personally I work from the same room, but work equipment is stored in a closet elsewhere when not in use, because I don't trust corporate spyware.

Due to my country's tendencies and other infrastructural flaws, I'm pretty much having to fall back to to be my eventual third place (once I can afford equipment). Other issues also contribute to that choice.

@melunaka @mimoeschen Yeah, again I find myself isolated not by choice but by constraint.

turning into a Nurglite was not something I'd planned for.

Then I'm considered weird for abandoning as much as possible when it has been made abundantly clear I'm unwanted there.

The of really isn't making arguing for and in easy.

Because those mentioning the nigh complete lack of real precautions by various transport agencies are right.

And I'm not sure that the risk of permanent disability or death from is below that of individual car rides (if someone has done the maths, please share).

Sure, respirators can mitigate the risk but the negligence is still worrying.

@ricardoharvin *nodds in agreement*

Earth has enough resources to house & feed everyone and provide healthcare and education to every person.

Poverty & debt exists because without it there is no profit & wealth.

We need to before - like all - acts like the it is and abolishes and as a whole by removing them from the equation entirely.

Don't believe me?

The is a real around not addressing basic issues and repeating of failed strategies. It's absolutely basic stuff, and both sad and very bad outcomes are envertable from this.
