Sitting in my #sunroom, first coffee finished [bwaaaaaaaah], sun nicely warming my back, reading my Masto on my #Fedora #KDE lappy... & a large flock of glorious #SulphurCrestedCockatoos just squawked by.

Pleasant autumn mornings like this almost make me forget that the #ClimateCrisis apocalypse is upon us & only escalating, whilst instead some peeps focus only on how they can hurt, suppress & extinguish all we #trans peeps.

I'll make another coffee, & try to ignore it all, for a bit longer...

The story so far....
For those of you following the soap opera that is my love-hate relationship with the local #Cockatoos I present the latest episode:
The gang turned up yesterday morning to clean up the mess they made the previous day. That was nice of them. I had scooped up some myself and put it in an old cast iron frypan. The weight means that it can't be moved and will not topple over when they perch on the rim.
The fun began when a lone crow wanted in on the feast. The cockatoos didn't want him around.
