Made a mistake: Told a friend about the really tasty low-histamine potato & white onion bread I baked. She's coming over next week, and now she wants to taste the bread as well… But his one won't last as long (we will finish it tomorrow). So I will have to bake a new one.
The only problem: It will be >30 °C next week, I'd prefer not to turn on the oven

When the weather is nice, I like to leave the door open so the dogs can lay on the steps in the sunshine. (they rarely go any farther than that). But this year I have a problem. HOUSE CHICKENS. I have four hens, and the neighbor's rooster(s) hangs out most of the time.
